Shipping Policy

  1. All orders shall be shipped within a period of two to three days. 
  2. The delivery is usually expected to happen within a period of 7 to 10 days. 
  3. Shipping shall be done to the shipping address provided during checkout.
  4. For any changes in the shipping address the change must be informed within 24 hrs of placing the order via email to [email protected]
  5. All rates shown on site are for standard transit via surface (road) delivery.
  6. For any emergency cases wherein expedited delivery is required the details may be sent across to us on [email protected] or by call to 9496062249 or 9821021226 before placing the order so that the actual shipping timelines and expenses ma be communicated to you. 

Refund Policy

At Living in Faith, we take great care in inspecting and packing the product. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your product, we’ll be glad to rectify the problem or exchange the product.

If you are not satisfied with your product, you could return it to us within 2 days of receiving the ordered product for an exchange on the full Invoice value.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

The exchange and return policies are subject to terms & conditions as mentioned below:

Products can be returned within 2 days of purchase, if

  1. We cannot ship another product as per order details,
  2. it is ascertained that the product was not damaged in your possession;
  3. the product is different from what was ordered by you;
  4. the product is returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer’s box, MRP tag, other attachments intact)
