At Living in Faith, we take great care in inspecting and packing the product. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your product, we’ll be glad to rectify the problem or exchange the product.
If you are not satisfied with your product, you could return it to us within 2 days of receiving the ordered product for an exchange on the full Invoice value.

The exchange and return policies are subject to terms & conditions as mentioned below:
Products can be returned within 2 days of purchase, if
(a) We cannot ship another product as per order details,
(b) It is ascertained that the product was not damaged in your possession;
(c) the product is different from what was ordered by you;
(d) the product is returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer’s box, MRP tag, other attachments intact)
- The product should be accompanied with the Original/Copy of Invoice for all returns within the return period.
- Living in Faith reserves the right to change the exchange of the product based on Quality Inspection.
- In case of an exchange, the customer will have to pay the difference between the new product chosen and the valuation of the old product before dispatch.
- For the Exchange/Return policy, if the product is purchased at a discounted price under any promotion, then Living in Faith will only refund the discounted price as per the invoice.
- No exchange/return/cancellation request will be allowed after 15 days from the order date.
